Mall of The Emirates, Hangout

This project involved the selective demolition and modification of existing structures within the Mall of the Emirates Hang-out area to facilitate the proposed redevelopment works. The scope included the careful strip-out of existing finishes across multiple levels and the formation of numerous structural openings throughout the facility. Given the varied site conditions and operational constraints within the live mall environment, a range of controlled demolition and cutting techniques were employed to ensure safe execution, minimize disruption to surrounding areas, and maintain the integrity of the existing structure. The works were completed in accordance with stringent safety, quality, and operational requirements while supporting the project's architectural and structural objectives.
