Royal Stable

This ongoing project involves the phased demolition and site clearance of the Royal Stables facility in Abu Dhabi, spanning multiple stages from 2023 to 2027. The scope includes the controlled demolition of various building structures, villas, and sheds within the stable complex, as well as extensive removal of hardscape elements across an area of approximately 210,000 m². The works are being executed in carefully planned phases to accommodate the scale and complexity of the site, ensuring safe operations, efficient sequencing, and continuity over the extended project duration. Through systematic demolition methodologies and coordinated site management, the project continues to be delivered in line with the client’s long-term redevelopment and land transformation objectives.
