Diamond Edge Cutting was appointed to demolish and clear an existing villa development at Umm Al Sheif, Dubai - including the villa, car port, staff accommodation, swimming pool, gardens, and all MEP equipment. Works covered removal of all super- and substructure elements, redundant below-ground services, and excavation and grading to hand over a clean, level site, delivered in full compliance with Dubai Municipality safety and waste-management standards.
